Your account
We process your e-mail address, your name and your profile so that you can sign in and use BrokerFlow. Sign-in codes are sent by e-mail.
If you have a product, we process your membership and your payments. The card payment itself happens at Stripe, and card details are not stored by BrokerFlow.
What you earn is shown in your account. The details you give for payouts are stored encrypted.
Applications
When you apply for Sales, we keep what you write in the form – name, e-mail, phone number and your experience – and your CV if you upload one. The CV is stored privately and can only be opened by those who decide on applications.
When you apply for an own organisation, we keep what you fill in: company, organisation number, what you sell, how many sellers you are and whether you sell to businesses or consumers.
Applications are read by BrokerFlow's owner and by the people the owner appoints to hold meetings and decide who qualifies.
Calls and customers
Every call made or received in BrokerFlow is recorded. BrokerFlow reaches the recordings on the customer card and in the call statistics.
For the sellers' work we process data about companies and their contact people: names, phone numbers, e-mail, notes, orders and how the calls went. The company data comes from BrokerFlow's company register, where every item names its source.
If someone says no thanks to more calls, the number is blocked, and a blocked number is not called.
If BrokerFlow switches it on for a project, a call in progress can be heard in a live stream, and the customer's voice can then be in a clip.
Chat and live streams
What you write in a chat is seen by those who have access to the same room or channel. Direct messages are seen by those in the conversation.
A public live stream is seen by every member; a private one only by those the host invites. While clipping is switched on, the last minutes of every live stream, public or private, are kept for a short while so that everyone in it can clip the last 15 seconds or the last minute.
Your clips and videos
A clip, from a live stream or a video you upload, is seen only by you who made it. Other members see your work only when you publish a finished video.
A video you make in BrokerFlow is yours until you publish it to members. It is then shown to every member until you take it back.
If you publish to your social platforms, the video and its text are sent there through Zernio, when the feature is switched on.
Where the data is
BrokerFlow's database and files are stored encrypted with Amazon Web Services in the eu-north-1 region (Stockholm).
We use subprocessors for hosting, payments, calls and e-mail. They are listed on the Subprocessors page. Some of them are American companies and may process data outside the EU and EEA.
How long
Each kind of data has a retention time that BrokerFlow sets, for example for call recordings, clips and statistics. When the time has passed, the data is erased or anonymised. What the law requires us to keep, such as bookkeeping, is kept as long as the law requires.
Why we may process the data
We process the data to fulfil the agreement with you (account, membership, applications and payments), to meet legal requirements (such as bookkeeping) and for our legitimate interest in selling to businesses, recording calls and keeping the service secure.
Your rights
You can get a copy of your data and ask us to correct or erase it. BrokerFlow produces the copy and erases in the app; what the law requires us to keep is kept.
Contact us through the contact page. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
